Since the main focus of Mega activities is on project implementation, the organizational structure of the company is designed as a matrix to allow the simultaneous use of project management system and task management system.
To strengthen the project-based foundations, a flexible structure has been designed for different levels of the company. Also, the principle of delegation and job enrichment in order to promote human capital has been considered in the designs.
